In 5 minutes from the Aulla motorway exit you arrive in Tresana, looking out the window of this property we have a view of its Castle. To date, the building is made up of two different units, if necessary, they could be connected by an internal staircase. The property is accessed with an exclusive entrance, on the first floor we find a living room in front of us, on the left a bedroom with a very large vaulted ceiling, on the right, going up a few steps, there is the bathroom and the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a vaulted cellar, recently renovated, in which the boiler connected to both units is located. It is possible to park a small vehicle inside. the second floor: bathroom, big kitchen, two bedrooms and a closet. The Castle of Tresana is perched in the highest part of the medieval village of Tresana. It stands on a rock that dominates the valley of the Osca river, a tributary of the Magra river. The site chosen for the construction was strategic: the rock on which it stands has steep slopes and almost vertical walls. From the castle you have a breathtaking view: from the valley to the Apuan Alps. The cities of Pisa and Parma can be reached in just 60 minutes, Florence is about 2 hours away.
